Negative heat capacity in the microcanonical lattice gas model

The University of Sud (Toulon, France) is experimenting a socio-technical system aiming at reinforcing collaborative work among students. The present paper summarizes the theoretical foundations of such a system and explains how it works in practice and how network analysis can help interpreting operational data.
