Abstract

our article is organized in two parts. In a first part we list and show the fundamental characteristics of a territory and will specify the plan of the relations which form the territoriality: the relational built one. -physical dimension, as regards the materiality of the territorial objects · -cognitive dimension, for their denomination and interpretations which can be made events acting on them. In a second part, we will be interested in normative dimension and symbolic system, for what characterizes the virtual objects. We will lead a step of territorial day before applied to Sophia-Antipolis technopole. For that, we several search engines had been used which we questioned with regular intervals. We then enriched this rough information by data which are not contained in the information returned by GoogleTm Lastly, we will try a comment of the Sophipolitain territory and will outline some future ways of research.
