Abstract

How to investigate Internet? Four points of view minimum: the technology, the uses, the discourses, and the content. By chance, the scholar is helped by the characteristics of Internet documents, biased by space and time (they are available from everywhere and for long time)... but has no magic tool to find in the billion of pages the right one.
