Evaporation of light particles from a hot deformed and rotating nucleus

Résumé

Field work analysis of the relation between information change and organisation transformation. It is a fact that the networks take an active part in the changes within the companies. And the information change is closely linked to the organisational evolution. But, can we infer that the Intranet brings about a participatory model of organisation even though it has become a media of internal communications ? The current article assesses, through a case study, the participatory dimensions that the Intranet can provoke in the companies.
