Random phase approximation spin-isospin nuclear response in the deep inelastic region
Résumé
In Tunisia, the 'Publinets' are very popular, especially among middle-aged people (18-25 years of age). The direct observation and enquiries conducted inside these structures of public access to the Internet have revealed that some kind of culture made of social interaction and of tactics emerges there then developes itself. The netwoks of partnership build up again freely and in accordance with a local scale and with a particular investigation of the field of the Internet in relation to a more general context. Then, this culture is perceptible as a pre-scriptural oral tradition that is reconstructed thanks to a rethinking of standards and of constraints which gives way to a mood of spontaneity and of gathering that are outrightly unforseeable. Finally, it is observable in the way people make use of the tactics and the ways of bypassing initiated by the users against the strict laws and the rules which govern the access to the Internet.
