Abstract

 Tumors of 'Mixed' molecular subtype, which are spatially heterogeneous, represent 16% of MIBCs in the VESPER cohort  Ba/Sq (pure or mixed) have poor outcomes post-NAC compared to other Consensus subtypes (HR=2.0, 95% CI 1.36-3.0, p<0.001)  Tumors of partial or non-responders to NAC with Ba/Sq subtype (pure or mixed) maintain their Ba/Sq phenotype at cystectomy
